Booking & Cancellation Policy: Statera allows you to seamlessly book, adjust, or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. All appointments require a valid credit card to complete the booking process and reserve your appointment. All last minute cancellations (past the 24 hour appointment window) and no shows may result in a 20% cancellation fee.
